Hello! I am a wife, Christian, homeschooling mother to 4,  and a real estate investor.  My faith and God are essential to my life.  My journey in life is to better myself which in turn betters my business.   I believe a good business practice means treating others the way I would want to be treated in the same situation, and that real estate IS a people business!  For the life of our business, I have adhered to these basic philosophies. In 2003,  a movie was released  called Flywheel; and there’s a favorite line  of mine in there.  “Lord, I ask that you treat Jay just like he treated me today in this deal.”   It is my goal to assure I stick by this crucially important measure.  For me, I know that I personally want to look back on every deal I do and know that I’ve treated my customers  the right way and that I didn’t make a higher than normal profit

I am a motivated individual who refuses to give up.  I exert extreme persistence and determination in any situation for whatever I do.  I believe that it is important to constantly learn from others mistakes, and to turn around any failures I personally encounter into learning opportunities.   Failure is merely a temporary defeat; it is my desire to succeed and to help others succeed along with me!

My responsibilities include the property management, marketing, IT work, finding deals, finding buyers, finding sellers, networking, growing the business, financial documents and bookkeeping, business filings, and customer service.  I do it all!  I’m hoping by the end of this year to start delegating that work, beginning with a CPA!

I enjoy all aspects of real estate investing.  I am  Senior IT Project manager and have worked there for 11 years now.  I aspire to make real estate investing a full time job by 2014.
