Zion Foundations, LLC (DBA Zion Properties and Zion Investments) offers the type of real estate empowerment needed in TODAY’S MARKET!  Creative. Honest.  Ethical. That is how we do business. First and foremost- we help people!  Only then do we focus on buying real estate and investing in real estate.  Our aim is to provide win/win situations for all involved in the transaction!  We are specialists in finding solutions to your unique needs by thinking outside the box - using legal resources and tools.  We’re here for YOU!

Today’s circumstances demand high standards in serving people with their real estate needs that allow for fast sales and quick turn around and closing.  We are dedicated to helping people accomplish what they want.  We pride ourselves on taking the time to get to know each and every client individually – listening to their specific needs and wishes. We’re ready to negotiate the best deals, determine optimal buying and selling prices and provide you with all the necessary facts you need to make a confident, informed decision.

Our Experience

We’ve been in business since 1997, our humble beginnings were as a  husband and wife partnership.  We incorporated Zion Foundations LLC in February 2005 to prepare us to expand and grow.  Our initial strategies were to buy and hold real estate, renting them out to good tenants who take care of the properties as if they were their own. We continue to do this successfully by selective tenant screening and selection and do not take short cuts in finding tenants.   We believe in turning over properties to our tenants in the best condition possible and rent out only what we’d personally want to live in ourselves. We personally manage all the property we rent out and perform all aspects of property management for our properties.

In 2008 we  expanded the business by acquiring several parcels of vacant land to our portfolio and finally, in 2009 we decided to expand our business even further to include all types of real estate transactions.   We have put extensive time, effort and planning into a path towards successfully expanding into a variety of other strategies along with our initial buy and hold strategies. To assure success we’ve invested in our company and ourselves to expand our knowledge into all areas and techniques of real estate. We have also started building our business credit, revamping our business plan, building an extensive marketing plan, and expanding to fit the economic and market trends.

A lot has changed since 1997, and being responsible in keeping up with the changing times has kept us in business!   As the internet has become an integral part of business today, we are taking great efforts to keep up with technology.  I believe it is extremely important to watch the market and adjust and develope the business in line with the market trends to remain successful in the cyclical real estate business.

Our personal philosophy is to never stop learning. No matter how much knowledge we attain,  we know that there is still something out there we don’t know yet.   So we are constantly adding to our knowledge base by attending schools, seminars, webinars,  presentations, and events that provide a constant flow of information.  On top of that, we have acquired mentors and have the benefit of several other investors to hold our hands through the entire process of any new endeavor we try, thus giving us the advantage of over 100+ years of experience between all the people we have available to assure our success. We have a TREMENDOUS support system that is so invaluable to have!  Combining all these resources and knowledge into action is the final ingredient to our successful business expansion.
